This BMW E82/E88 135i  & 1M, E90/E91/E92/E93 335i, E89 Z4 35i EVO II Competition Intercooler kit from Wagner Tuning is a high-performance redesign of the OEM intercooler system and feature a tube fin core. These intercoolers offer a significant improvement over the OEM design, offering 90% more airflow than the OEM intercooler, lighter weight than the EVO II Performance Intercooler, superior pressure drop characteristics and optimal intake charge cooling properties.

Wagner's engineers revised their front mount intercooler with much larger, more efficient intercooler core and improved the end tank design to remove the OEM bottlenecks, resulting in a greater increase in flow and charge cooling properties. When upgrading to a larger intercooler, the larger volume can sometimes cause a loss in manifold pressure (boost), but Wagner Tuning's engineers have tailored the flow of the intercooler to create a design that offers minimal loss of boost pressure.  Manufactured utilizing the highest quality intercooler cores, these intercoolers also feature cast, then CNC-machined aluminum end tanks to ensure reliable high performance air to air intake charge cooling.

Designed to conform to the strictest fitment standards, these intercoolers from Wagner Tuning offer OEM-grade fit and finish for straightforward bolt-in installation without the modification sometimes necessary for parts manufactured using less-exacting processes.
