We understand that everyone has questions and unfortunately we cannot be available 24/7 to help. If you are in need of answers immediately outside of business hours please check out our comprehensive FAQ list. We have done our best to cover the most common questions. If you don't find your answer here please contact us through your preferred method and we will get back to you ASAP.

Q: How do I change my account password?

A: Go to Your Account Settings. Enter your current password, then a new password (and confirm it) in the designated fields.


Q: How do I change/update my address?

A: Go to Your Addresses. Here you can Add or Edit Address linked to your account.


Q: Can I have multiple shipping or billing addresses on my account?

A: Yes. Go to Your Addresses and use the "+ New Address" option to add an address. You can pick from these addresses on checkout.


Q: How do I add/remove/change a payment option?

A: Yes. Go to Your Payment Methods to see your currently saved payment methods or add new ones. You can pick from these options on checkout.


Q: How do I update my vehicle list?

A: You are currently able to story only 1 vehicle in your account information. To update/change it simple go to Your Account Settings and select from the drop down menus.


Q: How do I unsubscribe from promotional emails?

A: Please use the unsubscribe option at the bottom of the promotional emails. This will remove you from our promotions mailing list. You will still get emails from ModBargains regarding orders and your account.


Q: How can I update my profile (name/e-mail/phone number)

A: Go to Your Account Settings. Here you you can change any of the information in the designated fields.



Q: How do I check my order status without an account?

A: You are welcome to email cs@modbargains.com, give us a call at (714) 582-3330, Live Chat, or use the Contact Us Form to check order status. You can also easily create an account using the same email address that you used placing the order. All orders under that email address can be linked to your account which can be check on the account orders page.


Q: How long will/does it take to process my order?

A: Processing and packing normally takes about 1-3 business days.


Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We currently accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover). We also accept Apple Pay, Android Pay, and Paypal. Financing is available through Bread®, PayPal Credit, & Synchrony Car Care™ which you can read more about on the Financing Page.


Q: Do you have financing?

A: Yes, we offer financing through Bread®, PayPal Credit, & Synchrony Car Care™. You can read more about on the Financing Page.


Q: Do you price match?

A: If you are interested in price matching, you can email sales@modbargains.com, give us a call at (714) 582-3330, Live Chat us and we'll do our best to beat it! You will need a copy of a quote or invoice, or a link to the product listed for a lower price.


Q: Will you sponsor me?

A: Currently we do not offer sponsorships as we are not a manufacturer.


Q: Has my order shipped?

A: You will receive an email with your tracking information once your order has shipped. You can also check the order status section of your account page.


Q: When will my order ship?

A: Processing and packing normally takes about 1-3 business days.

Q: Can I change the shipping address on my order after it has shipped?

A: Yes, but this must be done by contacting ModBargains and there is a rerouting fee which will vary.


Q: Can I cancel my order?

A: If your order has not been charged, you may cancel without penalty. If your order has been packaged, labeled for shipment, or charged, a 10% fee will apply to cancel your order due to the work our staff has put in already. Please note that most orders are pulled from inventory, labeled, charged, and ready for shipment very quickly after your order is placed, so please do not order unless you mean to actually receive and pay for your items. modbargains reserves the right to cancel any unshipped order without customer approval, but the customer will be notified. If an order has already shipped and the customer wants to cancel it, the Return Authorization procedure must be followed, the customer is responsible for all return shipping/re-routing fees, and a restocking fee may apply. Refusing delivery of an item does not constitute an order cancellation and a 25% restocking fee will be applied for a refund or 10% restocking fee for store credit. Any authorized return shipment to modbargains or modbargains’ suppliers that incur shipping damage will have a shipping damage claim filed with the corresponding shipping companies. All refunds to be issued will be temporarily postponed until such damage claims are settled with that courier. If it is determined that the damage to the return shipment was not caused by the courier, then the customer will not be entitled to any refunds and the item can be shipped back at clients’ expense. Please note that the cancelation procedures do not apply to "special order” (i.e. custom machined wheels) or "backordered” items. Gift certificates cannot be refunded. Gift certificates cannot be refunded.



Q: Can I ship my parts to my work/office?

A: Yes. However, if your work/office address is not an authorized shipping address on your credit card or your account we will require a Shipping Authorization Form


Q: Can I ship to an address other than my billing address?

A: Yes, but orders over $300 will require a Shipping Authorization Form


Q: Do I need to fill out a Shipping Authorization Form every time?

A: No. Once you have filled out a shipping authorization form for a specific address you can ship to that address in the future without needing to fill out another form.


Q: Can I change the shipping address on my order after it has shipped?

A: Yes, but this must be done by contacting ModBargains and there is a rerouting fee which will vary.


Q: How long will it take for my order to ship out?

A: "This varies depending on the item and type of item ordered. If the part is in stock at ModBargains it will ship within 1-3 business days depending on the time the order was placed and the type of shipping required*.

If the part is in stock with a distributor or manufacturer it will typically ship out within 1-2 business days though this can vary depending on the distributor or manufacturer.

Custom Orders (such as: custom wheels, custom painted parts, etc) will typically take the time estimated in the item description. If you are past that time period most likely there have been production delay but you can make in inquirey with us at any time by emailing your Mod Expert or Using the Contact Form.

*Freight items can take extra time because special pickups must be scheduled. Orders that require custom packaging or labor time (such as wheel & tire packages) can take 1-2 days to ship out depending on current order volume."


Q: How long will shipping take?

A: Transit times vary depending on distance from where your parts are shipped. Most of our products ship from our Southern California Warehouse, but we also ship directly from Manufacturers and from distribution warehouses in Nevada, Texas, and Pennsylvania. Please refer to the map below for shipping time estimates from our Southern California Location.

Q: Can I pick up (will-call) my parts?

A: Customer's can pick up parts from our La Habra, CA warehouse. If the parts are in stock they can be paid for at time of pickup. If parts are order from the manufacturer they must be paid for in advance.



Q: What is your return policy?

A: Please visit our Returns page to read through our return polices.


Q: How can I return/exchange an item?

A: You can start the return process by going to Your Orders on your account page and clicking the "Return Items" button next to your order. If you do not have an account you can also easily create an account using the same email address that you used placing the order and the order will automatically link to your new account. Q: Can I return for store credit?

A: Yes, this can be requested while setting up your return.



Q: How can I find the warranty information on a product?

A: Product listings will typically have a warranty tab in the description section. Warranty details can usually be found here.


Q: How to a file a warranty claim?

A: All warranty claims must be submitted through the manufacturer unless explicitly stated in the manufacturer warranty. Follow the instructions in the manufacturer warranty policy or contact the manufacturer directly.



Q: Can I contact ModBargains for Tech Support.

A: If you have purchased parts from ModBargains and need tech support or installation advice you may contact us for help. We will request an order number before providing assistance. In some cases we will refer you to the manufacturer for the best service, but will do everything we can to assist our clients.

Q: What is wheel offset?

A: Wheel offset is the measurement of space between the centerpoint of the wheel and the mounting surface. A positive offset means the mounting surface lies towards the outer side of the wheel center point, while negative is the opposite.

If you do not change the width of a wheel, a higher offset (larger positive number) means the wheel will move inward/inboard while a lower offest (smaller positive number) will move outward/outboard. Please see diagram below.

What is Wheel Offset and how does it work?

Changing the width of a wheel will also affect how much the wheel will fill out the fender.


Q: Why is Offset sometimes called "et" instead of "+"?

A: ET is the short form of the German word 'Einpresstiefe' which literally translates as 'insertion depth'.


Q: What is wheel "PCD"?

A: PCD stands for Pitch Circle Diameter. It is the bolt patern of a wheel. Bolt Pattern or PCD is designated by 2 numbers (eg: 5x120). The first number is the number of holes, the second is the distance between each hole in milimeters (though you will see it in inches for some american cars).


Q: What is wheel "CB"

A: CB or Center Bore, is the diameter of the center hole on the wheel. This fits over the hub ring which helps center the wheel on the hub.
