Enter the new CSF S54 Swap Race Spec Oil Cooler. This new oil cooler is shorter on the right hand side allowing owners to run the A/C lines in the OEM path. Even though the #8240 is slightly smaller than the #8032, you can expect similar performance levels as they both feature a dual pass design with 8 cooling rows and are the same turbulated heavy-duty bar/plate construction. Both oil coolers utilize the S54 OEM oil line connections. However, CSF will be offering a fitting kit with -10 AN hookups for customers looking to run custom oil lines. This fitting kit should be available by the second quarter of 2023. CSF offers the best and most advanced Oil Coolers on the market. So when it comes to keeping your engine oil temps down as you push your S54 Swap E36 hard on the street or track, a CSF Oil Cooler is the obvious choice. The CSF #8240 Cooling product is designed for engine swap applications. The product will install in the OEM Location but may require special hoses or connections. If you do not feel confident installing this product CSF recommends taking it to a qualified installation facility.
