The high grip race compound of the Toyo R888R tire will reach optimal operating temperature quickly and provide consistent performance. The contact patch has also been optimized to improve dry traction in braking, acceleration, and cornering. To improve traction on wet surfaces, Toyo's R888R comes with a water evacuation channel that will assist with wet traction.
Large tread blocks on the outside tread will maximize lateral grip for improved cornering, while the center rib improves directional stability and precise steering response.
Please Note: Toyo Tires recommends the following setup for the Proxes R888R.
Setup & Care
- Operating Temperature: 160°F to 220°F
- Hot Inflation Pressures: 32 to 38 (psi)
- Camber: -1° to -3°
- Caster: As much positive as possible
