When ever you lower a vehicle or use stiffer springs such as in a set of coilovers, you end up putting more strut on the various other supporting components for those mods. Your factory top mounts of your front struts are no exception. 034Motorsport has taken this into consideration with there line of Track Density Strut  Mounts which is why they feature 85 Durometer rubber which is twice as stiff as the original factory mounts. While the factory mounts do just fine with the OEM coil springs, they are known to collapse and deflect under load once you run a more aggressive spring rate, these stiffer 034Motorsport top mounts are able to withhold the added stress ensuring your alignment stays in check and provides you a more consistent driving experience.
