Improve your vehicle's handling by replacing your stock, worn out rubber bushings. The rear beam mounting bushings in the VW MK4 Golf are probably worn out and deteriorating by now. This means that the engine, transmission and suspension bushings on your car are not doing their job, and you are not getting the ride quality or performance that you should.  These new Rear Beam Rear Mounting Bushings will allow your suspension to work how its supposed to, providing a firm, planted feel while on the road. 

PFR85-610 Rear Beam Mounting Bush, 69mm is a new size option of PFR85-415 to fit rear beams with a 69mm diameter bore. Existing part PFF85-415 fits rear beams with a 72.5mm bore.

Included in the Powerflex kit are lightweight CNC machined aluminum outer shells to house the polyurethane bushings, increasing stability of the rear beam.  The bushings themselves feature an internal mesh pattern that has been designed to retain grease which promote free rotation on the stainless steel sleeve.

In addition, for those vehicles driven hard or frequently see the track, Black-Series bushings are available.  The Black-Series line of bushings from Powerflex feature up to a 25% increase in stiffness versus their regular bushings.  This translates to better handling, more control, increased road feel and the best vehicle control you can get.  Since the Black-Series line of bushings are stiffer, you will observe a slight increase in noise, vibration and harshness.  However, for track addicts and those looking for top performance, the Black-Series Bushings are a no-brainer.
