  • Custom Offsets - These Forgestar F10D wheels are custom made to order and can be made in any offset. By being able to choose your offset you can have your wheels fit exactly the way you want. Forgestar wheels are made to fit your vehicle with any suspension modifications that you may have to get that perfect fitment.
     
  • Range of Sizes - This Forgestar F10D wheel comes in deep concave with various widths and offsets to choose from to give you an aggressive look. The perfect size paired with a deep concave wheel will be sure to look great on any vehicle.

  • Weight and Strength - Forgestars Rotary Forged Flow forming process is a unique way to make a wheel both light and strong. This is a 4 step process into reducing the thickness of the rim area resulting in reduced weight, without reducing the strength and resistance to impact.
     
    Step1:

    The process begins with a specially designed casting that is spun while heating the outer portion.
    Step2:

    Hydraulic rollers are used  to form the barrel by applying heat and pressure
    Step3:

    As the rollers extend outward on the barrel the aluminum is stretched and compressed changing the mechanical properties and increasing the strength of the aluminum.
    Step4:

    The final product is lighter, stronger with impact values similar to those of a forged rim.
