Responsible for resolving customer service inquiries and problems, while maintaining the highest degree of service support to customers.
Available full time, 40 hours per week from our La Habra, CA location
Typing speed of 60+ words per minute
Proficient with computers to access information and process orders.
Ability to articulate and write with proper grammar
Ability to listen and follow direction
Proven experience in a receptionist and/or administrative role, preferred
Computer literate (Word, Excel, CRM)
Organization skills, follow up and follow through, and ability to handle multiple tasks.
Comfortable on the phone with great telephone skills
Great communicator, oral and written
Team player and works well with others (employees and customers alike) -a real problem-solver
Deadline-driven and multi-task oriented
Hourly wage is $12-$16/hour based on experience and knowledge.
