Job Description:
Client Support

Responsible for resolving customer service inquiries and problems, while maintaining the highest degree of service support to clients.

Duties:

Available full time(preferred), Part time will be reviewed, 40 hours per week from our La Habra, CA location

Typing speed of 60+ words per minute

Proficient with computers to access information and process orders.

Ability to articulate and write with proper grammar

Ability to listen and follow direction

Processing of orders and staying on top of daily order flow

Helping customers with returns, exchanges, and problem solving

Phone skill communication is of upmost importance and manner of organization in duties

Preferred Qualifications:

Proven experience in talking to customers

Computer literate (Word, Excel, CRM)

Organization skills, follow up and follow through, and ability to handle multiple tasks.

Comfortable on the phone with great telephone skills

Great communicator, oral and written

Team player and works well with others (employees and clients alike) -a real problem-solver

Deadline-driven and multi-task oriented

Knowledge of automotive background

Compensation:

Hourly wage is $15-$18/hour based on experience and knowledge.
