ModBargains' Clutch Delay Valve
The Clutch Delay Valve increases shifting speed, smoothness, and overall clutch feel. Don't settle for mushy, vague shifts any longer! The Clutch Delay Valve sits between the clutch line and slave cylinder; with the OEM CDV, no matter how slowly, softly, or smoothly you try to released the clutch there will always be a delay. In turn causing even the most experienced drivers to look like amateur drivers. After the stock CDV is replaced with the CDV, you will be able to shift your car like a normal car. Because of this valve, no matter how quickly you lift your foot off the clutch pedal, the clutch engages the flywheel at a constant (slow) rate. In theory, it can save the driveline from shock, were an inexperienced (or immature) driver to dump the clutch at high RPM. But in practice, all it does is prematurely wear out the clutch and turn experienced drivers into people who, despite 20 years of practice, cannot shift gears smoothly. Features
